Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drawlytic at drawlytic.com (the "Service"), operated by Cengiz Bayazit, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye (the "Operator", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Drawlytic converts 3D CAD files you upload (STEP format) into technical drawing outputs: multi-view drawings, PDF sheets, DXF, SVG and STL files. Output generation is automated. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, credit packs, or Pro) as described on the pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person or legal entity per account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service (including attempts to circumvent plan limits), or create risk for us or other users.
3. Your files and outputs
- You keep your rights. You retain all intellectual-property rights in the CAD files you upload and in the drawings generated from them. We claim no ownership.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and process your files solely to operate the Service (generate your drawings, show previews, keep your project history).
- You warrant that you have the right to upload the files you submit and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights or any confidentiality obligation.
- You can delete a project at any time; this removes the uploaded model and generated outputs from active storage (residual copies in backups are purged on backup rotation).
4. Important — verify before manufacturing
Drawings, dimensions and export files are generated automatically from your CAD geometry. They are provided as a drafting aid, not as certified engineering documentation. You are solely responsible for checking every drawing, dimension, tolerance and export file before using it for manufacturing, quoting, construction or any other purpose. The Operator accepts no liability for scrap, rework, product failures or other losses arising from manufactured parts.
5. Plans, payments and billing
- Purchases (credit packs and Pro subscriptions) are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"). Polar is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment processing, applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax) and invoicing, and its own terms apply to the purchase itself.
- Credits: one credit produces one paid drawing package for one part. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable.
- Pro subscription: renews automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Pro includes a fair-use limit of 100 drawings per month.
- Free plan: limited monthly drawings with a watermark and limited output formats and history, as described on the pricing page.
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices or plan features prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period, and we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before a price change takes effect for them.
6. Acceptable use
- No attempts to probe, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or to access other users' data.
- No automated bulk usage beyond your plan's limits (contact us for API access instead).
- No uploading of malicious files or content you are not entitled to process.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice; if we discontinue the Service entirely, active subscribers receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period and a reasonable window to download their files.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data — including losses covered by Section 4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) are competent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that let you bring claims where you live.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
