Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for value you actually get. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Polar, and refunds are issued to your original payment method through Polar.

Try before you buy

The Free plan exists so you can test the full drawing engine on your own parts before spending anything — you see the complete generated drawing on screen before any purchase decision.

Credit packs

  • Unused packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credit from the pack has been spent.
  • Partially used packs: within 14 days of purchase we refund the unused credits at the pack's per-credit price.
  • After 14 days, packs are non-refundable but remain valid for 12 months.

Pro subscriptions

  • You can cancel any time from your account page ("Manage billing"). Access continues to the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
  • First purchase: if you subscribed for the first time and generated no drawings in the period, we refund the charge in full within 14 days of purchase.
  • Accidental renewals: if a renewal charged and you used no drawings in the new period, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we refund it.
  • Otherwise, periods already started are not partially refunded.

Faulty output

If the engine produces a demonstrably broken result for a valid STEP file (failed generation, corrupt file, wrong geometry), we return the credit or don't count the drawing against your quota — email us with the project name and we'll fix it and make it right.

EU/UK consumers

Statutory withdrawal rights for digital services are honoured. By generating a paid drawing you request immediate performance of the digital service; the 14-day withdrawal right then no longer covers the credits already spent, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive. Everything above applies in addition to — never instead of — your statutory rights.

How to request a refund

Email support@drawlytic.com from your account address with the order date. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post the credit.
